- Independently handle insurance defense files from start to finish
- Conduct applications, mediations, and trials across levels of court
- Draft legal documents and opinions for motions and mediations




- Deliver legal seminars to enhance team knowledge

- LLB or JD degree and current membership in Alberta Law Society
- Minimum of two years of insurance litigation experience
