Danaher Business System Field Service

Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. They ensure timely and efficient service delivery, troubleshoot technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide customer training and support as needed. This position reports to the Regional Field Service Manager (RFSM) and is part of the Canadian Field Service Team, to be based in Toronto, Ontario and working REMOTELY Provide technical service including installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments,

by documenting service activities per Health Canada, FDA, and Leica policies, and maintaining timely communication with internal teams and external customers to meet expectations.

by expanding product and application knowledge,



representing the company with integrity, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Associate degree, college diploma, or undergraduate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering .

Proven technical aptitude and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service in field environments. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

This position requires up to 80% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.

Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team. The hourly range for this role is CAD30.00 per hour.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
