As a Production Team Leader, you will utilize your leadership and production skills to inspire and coach your team at our innovative facility.

With a focus on safety and productivity, you will oversee operations to optimize performance and address maintenance issues. A robust candidate will have at least 2-3 years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in wood products. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example and prioritize safety standards
- Inspire and coach team members for high performance




- Work across teams to meet production targets
- Identify and report maintenance and safety issues
- Optimize productivity and recovery efforts Requirements:
- Grade 12 completion; post-secondary education is an asset
- 2-3 years’ experience in team leadership
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
