- Negotiate and draft mining and supply agreements
- Assist in corporate governance and compliance activities
- Provide legal guidance on projects and relationships
- Manage employment claims and disputes
- Support sustainability and ESG initiatives as needed Requirements:
- Member in good standing of Law Society of Ontario
- Relevant experience in private practice or in-house
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience supporting Latin American operations desired
