Mission Our client, a well-established manufacturing company located on Montreal’s South Shore, is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping, transportation, and inventory management activities. Reporting to the Supply Chain Management team, the successful candidate will supervise a unionized team and play a key role in optimizing logistics operations. The position will also contribute to continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.

Plan and prioritize logistics activities in collaboration with planning and operations teams.

- Organize and optimize shipments, transportation, loading, and customs documentation.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counting.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor carrier performance to optimize costs, quality, and service levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and logistics transformation projects. College diploma (DEC) in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing employees in a unionized setting.
- Good knowledge of transportation, customs requirements, Incoterms, and USMCA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across departments. Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. Retirement plan with employer contribution.
