- Conduct microbiological analyses on raw and finished products
- Prepare lab media and chemical solutions as needed
- Collect plant environmental samples for evaluation
- Communicate findings to Quality Control Supervisor
- Enforce hold orders on non-compliant products Requirements:

- Prior experience in a microbiological laboratory is valuable
