We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Email team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails a month to our customers’ end users as well as processing all associated reporting data. This includes a highly parallelized platform to personalize & send emails at huge scale, REST APIs to manage/track user subscriptions, web pages to allow end-users to self-manage preferences, and dashboards to configure customer email domains. As the manager of this team, you’ll work closely with product, design, and the team’s engineers to build new features in response to customer feedback and scale the channel as message volume grows.

You will help solve major engineering challenges, by guiding key architectural decisions and (in certain high-leverage cases) via the code you write. or React For candidates based in Ontario, the pay range at the start of employment for this position is expected to be between CA$191,459 - CA$338,434/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between CA$215,200 - CA$380,400/year (including performance-based or variable compensation (bonus or commission).
