We’re looking for aProduction Team Leaderto join ourAthabasca OSB Division, located inSlave Lake, Alberta. Thisstate-of-the-art facilityhas the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Completion ofGrade 12.
- Completion of post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, or a related program is an asset.
- Demonstratedfocus on safety.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- 2-3 years experience leading a team.Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate isan asset.
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting(wood products manufacturing preferred).
- Experience in a shiftwork setting and continuous press experience is an asset.

- Lead by example and set the bar for those around you on all things safety.
- Inspire and coach your team to achieve results.
- Work within and across teams to meet production targets, budgets and managing staffing levels.
- Identify and report on any maintenance and safety issues.
- Find solutions and meet goals.
- Optimize productivity and recovery.

The expected base salary range for this position is$80,250 to $107,000 per year. You'll earn an additionalnorthern allowanceon top of your base pay. You will be eligible to participate in Tolko’sbonus program.
