Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead its production team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality and operational performance. Supervise daily production operations and ensure performance targets are achieved. Lead, coach and develop production employees.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and health & safety requirements.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Plan staffing and production priorities based on operational needs.

Previous supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong asset.

Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Bilingual in English and French.
