Description The Coordinator provides services to all Divisions, units, groups etc. within the Department and, as such works closely with all members of the Department (at varying times and for a variety of reasons) to ensure training programs appropriately reflect the knowledge that should be imparted to educators and are implemented in the manner in which they were designed. An example being the work with Curriculum Development to support the introduction of new curriculum into schools or with Student Achievement in relation to the introduction of current assessment and reporting procedures.

The Program Implementation and Training Coordinator supports the Department in the applications of its Project Management Process Administrative Directive and participates in/sits on Committees (as when required) that pertain to the activities of the Division on the Department as a whole. Additionally, the incumbent ensures that the services and supports they provide reflect/are aligned with Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit (IQ) Principles.
