My husband and I are thrilled we have our first child Malachi but the reality is I will have to head back to work soon. We are looking for either part time or full time help - honestly it's more important that the fit is right so we are flexible on the amount of time. What is most significant to us is something who is compassionate about children but safety focused.
We are older for new parents (my husband being 40 and myself I'm 39). It's important for us that our child not just be plopped in front of a television but have someone who engages with him, walks with him, talks to him and does more developmental learning techniques. We are happy and open to how we can support you accomplish that as well.
