We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide safe, qualified, and high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care according to individual care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor and document patients' health conditions and progress.

- Take and record vital signs.

- Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures within the RPN scope of practice.

- Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare team.

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

- Follow infection prevention, health and safety, and facility policies.

- Work collaboratively with nurses, PSWs, physicians,



and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Must be currently registered and entitled to practise as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

- Nursing diploma from a recognized program.

- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

- Previous experience in long-term care, retirement, hospital, or community care is an asset.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
