Allstate Canada Group is seeking Inside Service Agents to respond to service and billing inquiries and handle First Notice of Loss calls. You’ll embody the You’re in Positive Hands mindset, delivering on promises daily for customers across Canada.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm EST, with a 37.5 hour work week and rotating schedules to cover all hours. A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is required, plus a province-appropriate license or willingness to obtain one.
