Role: SAP Solution Architect

Duration: 1 year

Location: Remote - Canada

Type: Full-time Contract

Must Have: Reliability clearance or higher, and experience with SAP HR S4 Hana system

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for cross-functional solution architecture, ensuring smooth integration between modules and providing expert guidance on the HCM solution.
- Acts as the single point of contact for solution discussions and decisions with CPC and coordination with the solution leaders across internal ADM teams
- Responsible to conduct the solution design activities and develop materials required for the Architecture Review Board(ARB) approvals
- Present to the ARB and conduct necessary follow-ups to drive closure on the actions




- Responsible to monitor and resolve cross-team solution dependencies impacting the deliverable milestone completion date
- Contribute to architect playbook, test strategy and other planning and delivery activities across HCM projects
- Driving the definition, optimization, and enhancement of both current and existing business requirements and solutions through the development of business and functional requirements
- Responsible for managing solution delivery and development of functional/technical design documents, reports, monitoring and resolving cross-team dependencies that could affect milestone completion
- Contributing to the test strategy, and a range of planning and delivery activities across HCM projects.
