You’ll own significant contract negotiations and serve as a critical advisor to various business units, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to legal queries. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead negotiations for Tipalti Services and vendor contracts
- Coordinate complex legal inquiries across departments
- Influence the development of operational legal templates
- Manage a full portfolio of independent legal matters




- Foster collaboration on procurement and compliance initiatives Requirements:
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent), in good standing with Ontario Bar
- Minimum 8+ years in business contracts and technology law
- Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, and NDAs
