- Design and implement grade control and geological mapping
- Supervise geologists and technicians in production geology
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver monthly reconciliations between mine and resource model
- Collaborate with teams to maximize resource extraction Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in underground mining
- P.Geo designation and relevant post-secondary education
- Proficiency in geological modeling software
- Robust leadership and excellent communication skills
