As the driving force behind the Campus Centre Opening Initiative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable introduction to this landmark facility.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will collaborate with key partners to ensure a cohesive opening program that honors SAIT’s vision and engages multiple communities. This position is designed for a seasoned project manager with a passion for impactful execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning and delivery of multi-event opening activities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and timelines




- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration
- Facilitate communication across workgroups and partners
- Manage logistics for ceremonies and community-focused events Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Project Management
- 7-10 years of experience in project or event management
- Minimum 1-2 years in supervisory roles
