Senior Sales Manager, USA

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of our consumer projector business in the United States. This role will focus on retail channel development, key account management, sales execution, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the U.S. market.
- Build and manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive sell-in, sell-through, forecasting, and inventory planning to maximize business performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand retail channel coverage.
- Support product launches, promotions, and retail marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and sales conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, pricing, and channel performance; provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Maintain healthy channel operations and partner profitability while protecting brand value.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales or channel management experience in consumer electronics or related industries.
- Proven experience managing retail accounts, distributors, or national channel partners in the U.S.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred

- Experience with major U.S. retailers such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, or Amazon.
- Experience in projectors, displays, home entertainment, or related consumer electronics categories.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
