Main Responsibilities

Greet service department clients

Open and close work orders

Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs

Advise clients on maintenance, inspection, and safety services

Follow up with clients regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle





Collaborate with internal departments as well as external suppliers

Create and maintain excellent client relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience

Profile / Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a service / technical advisor or in a similar role

Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines

General mechanical knowledge

Excellent skills in sales, organization, and customer service

Strong communication skills and team spirit

Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards

Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking clients)

Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset)
