Job Title: Solutions Architect / Product Manager

Duration: 1-Year Term employment

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for transaction banking capabilities across payments, cash management, trade finance, and securities services.
- Partner with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable architecture solutions.
- Develop target-state architectures, capability models, application landscapes, integration blueprints, and transition roadmaps.
- Lead modernization initiatives, including platform consolidation, cloud adoption, API enablement, workflow digitization, and data architecture improvements.
- Ensure architecture supports key business priorities such as client experience, straight-through processing, resilience, compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide domain expertise across payment rails, liquidity and cash management, trade services, and securities servicing.
- Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and solution review frameworks.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
- Assess legacy environments and define practical migration strategies to modern, interoperable platforms.
- Support risk, security, regulatory, and operational resilience requirements.





Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of architecture, solution design, or technology leadership experience within banking or financial services.
- Significant transaction banking expertise, including:
- Payments: SWIFT, ISO 20022, clearing and settlement, domestic/international payments, real-time payments
- Cash Management: liquidity management, virtual accounts, receivables, payables, treasury connectivity
- Trade Services: letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections, supply chain finance
- Securities Services: custody, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, collateral and margin processes
- Experience designing enterprise-scale application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
- Robust knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with core banking and transaction banking platforms, payment hubs, trade finance systems, and securities processing platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, transaction lifecycle data flows, reporting architecture, governance, and security.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead architecture governance initiatives.
