- Lead the development and delivery of the learning roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet learning needs
- Provide leadership and support to the learning team
- Drive initiatives related to LMS and learner experience
- Analyze learning data to inform improvements Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with digital learning tools
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management
