Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in our Toronto office.



Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee Draft rating action commentary reports to communicate rating decisions to market participants Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.) At least four years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management Interest in capital markets and structured finance Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required Strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative Keen interest in structured finance and CLOs Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location.
