Lead legal initiatives as a Legal Counsel for Superior's propane and CNG businesses in a hybrid work model. This position offers strategic legal support focusing on compliance and commercial transactions. In this pivotal role reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements while advising on best practices related to compliance.

You will also play a key part in managing legal risks and supporting cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights that drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
- Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
- Manage legal disputes and insurance matters as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal projects Requirements:
- LLB or J.D. with a valuable standing in a Canadian law society
- 4–9 years of focused legal experience in corporate law
- Exposure to publicly traded environments is an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
