You will be a crucial member of ITSS, overseeing the operational aspects of network infrastructure and providing user training. Your work will strengthen the quality of IT services across the university. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee server and network installations and maintenance
- Manage cloud and on-premise backup systems
- Handle endpoint device configurations with management tools
- Assist with SSL certificate renewals
- Coordinate systems training for end users Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science or IT
- Minimum three years in network/server support
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple systems
- Experience with data protection strategies
