- Development (HR) Coordinator!
Responsibilities Front line contact for team member questions Responsible for the administration of payroll and Attendance Management Assists in the identification and analysis of trends. Communicates observations and provides suggestions for incident reduction measures Participate and support in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of team members Employee engagement Events coordination – ordering items, food, set up, posters, clean up (town halls, lunches, recognition and service events) Investigate employee issues Assist with issuing discipline (such as verbal warnings) as per the CBA Assist with H&S; and Return to Work for injured team members Requirements 1-3 years of administrative or HR Admin/Assistant/ Coordinator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Completion of HR Degree or Certification is highly preferred Payroll experience is an asset Exceptional coordination and time management skills required Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Superior organizational, administrative and project planning skills Self-directed with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities Detail oriented Highly effective interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts Able to work well with a variety of people and maintain confidentiality SAP, Kronos and Workday knowledge is an asset.

You provide support and co-ordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources for all Team Members. Other responsibilities include Employee Relations, Recruitment, Health and Safety, Time and Attendance and other administrative tasks as required. Previous experience in a human resources environment within a manufacturing plant or warehouse is mandatory. This position supports production, including employee relations and recruitment.
Primary Responsibilities Actively work as a liaison between Manufacturing, Team Members and Talent and Development Responsible for overseeing all agency communications; as well as assisting Leaders with Team Member employee relations Reviews resumes and coordinates interviews with Agencies and Operation Leaders- to ensure candidates have the required skill set, availability and attitude to work within the appropriate plant. Work closely with Operations Leaders and T&D; to determine current and upcoming Staffing needs. Tracks and monitors all temp agency orders; provide feedback and clarification to agencies regarding candidates interviewed Gathers feedback from agencies on an ongoing basis, regarding our internal requests and summarizing challenges in order to create an ops/agency action plan always striving for continuous improvement Manage and oversees all training required documentation for Key Roles In conjunction with all key stakeholders, problem solve and trouble shoot any issues or challenges.
Actively participates as a Health &
- Safety advocate as required. Oversees any Team Member payroll issues to ensure they are resolved. Manage the daily payroll approval process for production Team Members In conjunction with Operations Leaders participates in most Progressive Disciplinary situations related to Team Members. Assist with T&D;/Operations projects as assigned Required Experience Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Human Resources, in a Manufacturing Environment or Warehouse Strong understanding of employment legislation. Good understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employee relations Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office suite of tools, working knowledge of an HRIS.
