Outside Sales Representative

Location: Brantford, Ontario

Are you motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping customers succeed? Bobcat of Brantford is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support customers throughout Brantford and Brant County. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Bobcat equipment, attachments, and solutions while building long-term customer relationships and growing market share within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an assigned sales territory by supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, farmers, municipalities, and other equipment users.
- Represent Bobcat of Brantford with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations, in office product presentations, and assist with equipment deliveries when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities within our CRM system.
- Develop and execute a structured weekly sales plan focused on prospecting, customer visits, and follow-up activities.
- Complete equipment trade evaluations and provide customers with equipment recommendations tailored to their needs.




- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, manufacturer training, and ongoing career development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience, preferably within the equipment, agricultural, construction, rental, or related industries.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining organized sales records.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
