Responsibilities

- Prepare and adjust blasting equipment according to specifications;
- Perform sandblasting operations on metal parts in accordance with established standards;
- Conduct visual inspections to verify the quality of treated surfaces;
- Perform first-level maintenance and upkeep of blasting equipment;
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment;




- Strictly follow all safety procedures and quality requirements;
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules and quality expectations;
- Complete operational reports and documentation;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsEducation

- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent;
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of sandblasting techniques and equipment;
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures;
- Ability to perform thorough visual quality inspections.

Personal Competencies

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a dusty environment;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and respect for procedures and instructions.
