This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy, leading operational execution, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

As Vice

President, Operations, you will:

- Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.




- Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
- Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; accountability.
- Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven executive leader with:
- Significant experience leading complex operations and large-scale teams.
- Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key client relationships.
