About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Growth to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, and will be responsible for setting and executing the growth agenda.
This senior leadership position requires a strategic and execution-savvy individual with a proven track record in full-funnel growth, particularly within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand. The VP of Growth will lead a team that spans new customer acquisition, e-commerce, and retention, and will be accountable for the business's growth, both in bringing in new customers and in maximizing the value of existing ones.

The role demands a leader with deep expertise in paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy, as well as experience in launching or scaling current acquisition channels.





Candidates for the VP of Growth role at the company should have at least 15 years of experience in growth and P&L; ownership, with a strong background in managing teams and a deep understanding of e-commerce and retention strategies. The role requires a leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of connecting data across various functions to make unified business decisions.
