About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of Information Technology to lead its internal technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class security and compliance program that meets the requirements of various privacy and security regulations.

This executive role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in IT and cybersecurity, particularly within SaaS, cloud software, healthcare technology, or highly regulated industries. The CISO/VP of IT will also be tasked with executive leadership, establishing IT and security roadmaps,



and building a high-performing technology and security organization.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience and 7 years leading enterprise cybersecurity programs. The role requires a deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001, as well as experience in managing IT budgets and technology organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise and the ability to influence the employee and stakeholder experience. Professional certifications in security and a solid understanding of data privacy and protection laws are preferred.

The CISO/VP of IT will also be responsible for team development, vendor management, and fostering a culture of security awareness and client-centric service.
