We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic or Electromechanic to provide hands-on support in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment and systems across our field operations and process plant. Group Insurance Plan Pension Plan Overtime as required Diagnose and resolve issues encountered on production equipment efficiently to minimize downtime. Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks on both electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, transformers, and other plant equipment. Carry out preventative maintenance, installation, improvement, and repair activities of plant equipment as required, ensuring accurate maintenance records are kept. Ensure plant and equipment are maintained and operated in line with industry standards and operational requirements. Work closely with the EH&S; Officer to ensure safety and environmental compliance across the team.



Collaborate with production teams and external vendors for troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Contribute to continuous improvement activities by suggesting ideas for enhancing system performance and plant efficiency. Diploma in Industrial Mechanics (or equivalent) or relevant work experience. ~5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, ideally with electromechanical system experience. ~ Experience in manufacturing or food processing industries (preferred). ~ Certification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation-related fields. ~ Welding skills would be an asset. ~ Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and openness to learning recent software tools. ~ Shift Work: Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Overtime may be required based on operational needs. ~ Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required. ~ Company truck will be provided for travel between work locations.
