- Good attitude - Pay attention to the smallest of details - Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment where continual improvement is expected - Interested in learning more about Lawn Maintenance & Horticulture - A higher standard of dependability - Familiar with working in ever-changing weather conditions Duties may include: - Weekly Lawn Maintenance & flower bed care to various properties in the Etobicoke area - Operate equipment as assigned by staff and to ensure work is performed efficiently and safely in accordance with Landscape Ontario standards, policies and procedures - Ensure safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and equipment - Ensure all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition - Performs other duties assigned Work Conditions: - Ability to work in a rapid paced environment - Excellent stamina is required - Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis - Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold - Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work Salary: - TBD
