Job Overview Happy Feet Foot Massage is seeking a friendly, dependable and skilled practitioner to join our growing wellness team. In this role, you will provide relaxing hand, foot, head, neck and shoulder massage services in a calm, welcoming and client-focused environment. Our goal is to help every client feel comfortable, cared for and completely relaxed. Applicants must have previous training, certification or hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Relaxation massage Reflexology Indian Head Massage Hot stone treatments Paraffin wax treatments Aromatherapy and essential oils Candidates must also be willing to learn the techniques and service procedures used at Happy Feet. Additional training may be provided where needed. Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional hand, foot, head, neck and shoulder massage services Perform relaxation massage and reflexology techniques according to your training and qualifications Provide enhancements such as hot stones, paraffin wax, foot soaks, sugar scrubs and aromatherapy Review client intake information and ask appropriate questions before beginning a service Discuss each client’s preferences, comfort level, pressure and areas of sensitivity Clearly explain services and ensure clients remain comfortable throughout their appointment Maintain skilled boundaries and respect client privacy Prepare, clean and reset service areas before and after every appointment Follow all sanitation, infection-prevention, health and safety procedures Properly clean and disinfect tools, equipment, foot basins and treatment areas Keep linens,



supplies and products organized and fully stocked Assist with general cleaning and maintaining a tidy, peaceful business environment Provide warm, attentive customer service from the client’s arrival through departure Work cooperatively with other team members to keep appointments running smoothly Participate in training and remain current with safe massage practices and wellness techniques Qualifications and Requirements Previous massage, reflexology, spa or wellness experience Training or certification related to at least one of the services listed above Strong communication and active-listening skills A friendly, professional and caring personality Excellent customer service skills Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and detail Comfortable working directly with clients’ hands, feet, head, neck and shoulders Able to stand, sit and perform repetitive movements for extended periods Able to apply gentle to moderate pressure safely and consistently Willingness to follow Happy Feet’s service standards and procedures Availability to work assigned shifts, including some evenings and weekends About You You genuinely enjoy helping people relax and feel cared for.
