Looking for a motivated, hardworking and reliable person who wants more than just another construction job. We’re looking for someone with some carpentry/construction experience — potentially a recent carpentry school graduate, apprentice, or younger builder who is hungry to learn, work hard and get ahead. We’re building some pretty unique projects in the forests of Muskoka, including log homes, A-frames, treehouses, earth homes and other one-of-a-kind cabins and structures. trustworthy and responsible * Energetic and willing to learn * Comfortable working outdoors and getting their hands dirty * Has some carpentry/construction knowledge — not looking for someone with zero experience * Interested in learning different aspects of building from start to finish * Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build something for themselves long-term There may be an opportunity to live in office/up north, making this a great fit for someone who wants to get out of the city and build a life in Muskoka. For the right person, there could also be long-term opportunities to grow with us, take on more responsibility and potentially even explore an opportunity to purchase land in the area down the road if that’s something you’re interested in.
