Field Services We are a growing Telecommunications service provider specializing in rooftop and tower cellular repairs across the province. We are looking for a couple of reliable, hard-working, and safety-conscious individuals to join our field crew. This position involves driving our service vehicles and assisting with cellular system repairs at elevated work sites. Core Job Responsibilities: Being able to safely operate the company service truck to transport equipment, tools, and team members to various job sites throughout the province. Tower & Rooftop Repair: Safely climb cellular towers and access commercial rooftops to perform maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs on telecom infrastructure. Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to fall protection, high-angle safety procedures, and provincial workplace safety regulations. Mandatory Requirements: Age 23+: Must be at least 23 years old for commercial fleet truck insurance purposes. Citizenship: Must be a Canadian Citizen. Comfort at Heights:



Must be completely comfortable working at extreme heights on towers and elevated structures. Driving Record: Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract. Qualifications & Experience: Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience in telecom tower climbing, construction, roofing, or industrial rigging is a major asset, but we will train the right candidate. Punctual, responsible, and a robust team-player mindset. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay/salary based on experience.
