In this full-time, permanent role, you'll spearhead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function. We're looking for a proactive leader to manage risk and compliance strategies, aligning regulatory requirements with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping decisions regarding product commercialization and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function
- Develop strategies for regulatory compliance and risk management
- Influence decisions with senior leadership and stakeholders




- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and agencies
- Drive regulatory aspects for product launches and market access

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science or related fields
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Solid knowledge of AAFCO and U.S. pet food regulations
- Experience with regulatory agencies and inspections required
- Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills
