Join Via as a Recovery Practitioner for Young People, based in Redbridge. This full time role involves delivering structured, proactive support to combat substance misuse among youth.

Via seeks a creative and dedicated individual to join its Young People’s service. You will play a key role in facilitating resilience training and promoting healthier choices among young people. This position requires a commitment to assisting youth and their families while building partnerships with various stakeholders for comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage positive behaviors and emotional resilience
- Provide comprehensive assessments and care planning
- Support families and involve them in the recovery process
- Conduct group work tailored to young people's needs
- Interface with educational and social service organizations

Requirements:

- Experience working with young individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively
