We are seeking experienced Corporate Counsels with strong in-house experience in technology transactions. You will apply your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and playbook development to review and evaluate AI-generated legal content.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
- Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements.
- Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback.
- Develop playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria for contract tasks.
- Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams remotely.
Required Qualifications
- J.D.
from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
- Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.
- Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or legal content evaluation.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A; or private equity fund formation.
- Experience developing legal playbooks or review frameworks.
