In this operational role, you will oversee the building and maintenance of Optiom's CMDB, consolidate vendor agreements, and perform business impact assessments. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in documentation for Disaster Recovery and Incident Response plans.
Working under tight deadlines, you will also ensure security policies are current and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Consolidate vendor agreements and identify gaps or overlaps
- Conduct business impact assessments for critical applications
- Draft and maintain business continuity plans and disaster recovery documentation
- Liaise with vendors and manage relationships effectively
Requirements:
- 3-6 years in IT security and governance roles
- Experience with CMDB development or maintenance
- Proficient in authoring incident response documentation
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks like NIST CSF
- Strong attention to detail with documentation discipline
