Solify is hiring a 309A Licensed Electrician to join our growing team and work on residential and commercial electrical projects, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, HVAC electrical, service upgrades, and traditional electrical work.

You don't need previous solar experience. If you're a strong electrician who's willing to learn, we'll provide the training.

What you'll be doing:

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical systems
- Complete electrical work for solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers, heat pumps, and HVAC systems
- Perform panel work, service upgrades, wiring, conduit, breakers, disconnects, and electrical modifications
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and determine effective solutions




- Complete work in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Work with project managers, apprentices, technicians, and other trades
- Assist with ESA inspections and correction of deficiencies when required
- Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites
- Communicate project concerns, material requirements, and progress with the team

What we're looking for:

- Valid Ontario 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician Licence
- Residential and/or commercial electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Professional and reliable
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites when required
