Join our dynamic team as an ABA Autism Therapist, where your passion for helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) will make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will implement individualized behavioral therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support children's developmental progress. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life for children on the spectrum.

Duties
- Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Collect and analyze data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) documenting session details, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Support children in developing communication, social skills, daily living skills, and adaptive behaviors
- Ensure a safe, engaging,
and positive environment that promotes learning and growth
- Follow all established protocols related to patient care, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings preferred
- Background in special education or related fields highly desirable
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills essential for working with children with ASD
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health is advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and data collection methods required
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and accurately record session data
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification preferred
