Job Overview:

AB Thermal Ltd. is currently seeking Access Mat Assembly Labourers to join our team in Merritt, B.C. This is a long-term permanent position, ideally suited to an individual committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

· Construction of access mats.

· Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a labour environment preferred.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





· Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

· Must speak and write English fluently.

· Candidates must possess a CSTS 2020 certification.

Work Environment:

· Rotation is every two weeks.

· You will work 14 days on followed by 7 days off.

· Transportation to/from Edmonton, Alberta to Merritt, B.C. is provided.

· Accommodations in Merritt, B.C. is provided.

· The role involves working in a large open-ended shop.

· Exposure to building materials and tools requires proper safety gear.

Wages:

· Starting at $19.00 hourly wage with opportunity to increase to $34.00 per hour, based on productivity. Alternative pay per mat option is available. Average weekly pay after 1 month experience is approximately $1,300.00.
