We are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing Canadian business in the Pipes, Valves & Fittings (PVF) industry, serving customers across the oil & gas, industrial, energy and construction sectors.

This is an opportunity to build a career in industrial sales, sourcing, purchasing and account management. The role will initially focus on order management and developing strong product, customer and ERP-system knowledge, with increasing responsibility for customer relationships, quotations, sourcing and account profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, sales orders and purchase orders
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Expedite shipments and resolve order-related issues
- Prepare quotations and support pricing analysis
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships
- Analyze sales, purchasing and supply-chain data
- Support continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Progressively take ownership of customer accounts

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of inside sales, account management, purchasing or related industrial experience
- Experience in PVF, industrial distribution,



manufacturing or international trade is an asset
- Strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills and comfort working with data
- ERP experience; Prophet 21, SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, analytical and commercially minded
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field is an asset
