SOCi is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Expert for a remote role based in BC or Ontario. This position focuses on vendor payment accuracy, invoice processing, and compliance with financial regulations. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations and month-end closes.

- Manage vendor invoices, ensuring compliance through coding
- Oversee vendor records, resolving any discrepancies
- Execute timely and accurate payment processes
- Support month-end reconciliation of AP and GL
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, particularly accruals
- Proficient in using NetSuite or similar ERP software
