The Activity

- Plan and execute individualized and group activities for residents
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
- Oversee volunteer coordination for activity enhancement
- Ensure proper maintenance of supplies and storage areas
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents and staff Requirements:
- Therapeutic Recreation diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in program delivery
- Dementia Care education is beneficial
