The Addiction

Specialist will work closely with residents, conducting assessments and coordinating their care while ensuring adherence to mental health legislation. Flexibility is essential as you will cover diverse shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide thorough assessments for effective treatment planning
- Implement evidence-based counseling practices
- Collaborate with staff for seamless care coordination
- Assist with the discharge planning process
- Engage in teamwork to promote wellness among residents Requirements:
- Completion of a health or social services diploma or degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field
- Good standing with a professional regulatory body
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
