With over 5 years’ experience in Network Operations, you will lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolution in LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and security domains. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring operational stability and supporting recent store openings, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead troubleshooting for complex network incidents • Diagnose and restore services across various domains • Own incidents end-to-end from investigation to closure • Participate in Major Incident response activities • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements: • 5+ years in Network Operations or Enterprise Network Support • Proficient in WAN circuits and ISP services • Familiarity with SD-WAN and wireless technologies • Experience in coordinating Smart Hands and field services • Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis
