About Us

- Analyzing existingoperations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documentsand recommending improvements.

- Assigns duties, suchas tilling soil, planting, irrigating, storing crops, andmaintaining machines, and assigns fields or rows toworkers.

- Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of farm safety and bio-securityprocedures.

- Preparing plans andschedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staffunderstands expectations

- Issues farmimplements and machinery, ladders, or containers toworkers and collects them at end ofworkday.

- Provide agriculturalcrop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating,



sprayingor harvesting.

- Ensuring seeds,fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularlyrestocked.

- Drives and operatesfarm machinery, such as trucks, tractors, or self-propelledharvesters, to transport workers or cultivate and harvestfields.

- Provide agriculturallivestock services such as artificial insemination, spraying orshearing of livestock or disinfecting pens, barns or poultry houses.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degreein agriculture, animal science, orequivalent.

- Additional courses inbusiness management or administration arerecommended.

- Teamplayer.

- Extensive experiencein a farming-related field.

- Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and critical thinkingskills.

- Willingness to workovertime as required.

Required Years of experience: At least 1 Year ofexperience

Salary: $25.00 - $36.85 perhour
