ASN is seeking an accomplished AI Program Lead to lead the assessment, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI initiatives.

This role is designed for a strategic and execution-oriented leader who can bridge business priorities, technology delivery, governance, data, security, and organizational adoption. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete AI lifecycle, from opportunity identification and prioritization through deployment, measurement, governance, and value realization.

The AI Program Lead serves as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, executive leadership, technical teams, data teams, security teams, and external partners to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining solid governance, security, and operational controls.

Beyond project delivery, the AI Program Lead will help establish scalable AI operating models, portfolio management practices, KPI frameworks, governance structures, and AI adoption programs that enable long-term organizational success.

This role requires a rare combination of executive communication, program management, AI expertise, business transformation experience, governance knowledge, and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise AI portfolio and ensure initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Maintain AI roadmap and portfolio
- Track delivery status and business value
- Chair portfolio reviews and initiative health assessments
- Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor initiative execution and resource allocation
- Support executive decision-making and investment prioritization

AI Governance & Operating Model





Establish and maintain AI governance structures that enable responsible and scalable adoption.

Responsibilities

- Manage AI governance committees
- Maintain AI policies and operating procedures
- Establish AI lifecycle management standards
- Maintain AI asset inventories and registers
- Define ownership and accountability structures
- Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements
- Coordinate governance reviews and approvals

Translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Convert business priorities into AI programs
- Develop implementation roadmaps
- Prioritize opportunities based on value and feasibility
- Align AI initiatives with transformation objectives
- Lead current-state and future-state assessments
- Drive execution against approved roadmaps

Ensure AI investments generate measurable and sustainable business value.

Responsibilities

- Develop KPI frameworks
- Validate ROI assumptions
- Monitor program performance
- Design executive reporting and dashboards
- Track adoption and utilization metricsIdentify optimization opportunities

AI Delivery Oversight

Provide leadership across AI implementation programs and delivery teams.

- Oversee agent and automation delivery
- Manage release readiness activities
- Coordinate testing and validation
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Ensure delivery quality and consistency

Data, Security & Compliance Alignment





Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise security, data, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams
- Maintain AI inventories and asset registers
- Ensure proper ownership of AI platforms and agents
- Coordinate AI control reviews
- Assist with responsible AI and governance programs

Organizational Enablement & Adoption

Drive AI adoption throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

- Support change management initiatives
- Train business stakeholders and champions
- Build communities of practice
- Support internal AI communications
- Promote responsible AI usage

Qualifications

Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience in technology, transformation, consulting, program management, or digital strategy
- 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programs
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders
- Experience overseeing complex portfolios of projects and investments
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and ecosystems
- Understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern architecture concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot technologies, and enterprise data platforms
- Understanding of AI lifecycle management and operational governance

Governance & Risk Management

Demonstrated experience with:

- AI governance
- Digital governance
- Data governance
- Security and compliance programs
- Responsible AI practices
- Experience with NIST AI RMF, COBIT, or similar governance frameworks is highly desirable.

Bilingualism (French and English) required.
