As a Reservation Agent, your primary duty includes coordinating travel arrangements for employees and visitors, reporting to the Supervisor of Camp and Logistics Administration.
Minimum qualifications include 5 years of experience in client services, ideally within travel sectors, complemented by strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all flight schedules and manifests
- Create and oversee bus manifests for daily operations
- Handle bunkhouse room assignments efficiently
- Ensure accurate Logistiks system records
- Collaborate with HR on Contractor Clearance Processes Requirements:
- At least 5 years in the client service industry
